The EX-boiler is a pressure-bearing electric heating and steaming unit developed for offshore process and auxiliary systems in potentially explosive atmospheres. The unit can be supplied as an electric steam boiler, a glycol-based heating medium unit, or as a washing unit / pure water heater, depending on the application and system requirements.

The solution is designed and produced in accordance with current offshore and EX requirements, with robust construction for continuous operation in demanding environments. The EX boiler can be supplied as a standalone unit or integrated into complete steam and heating modules.

Typical performance areas:

• Vapour pressure: up to 12 bar
• Hot water: up to 120 °C
• Heating medium: glycol, up to 160°C
