Pig launchers and receivers are pressure-retaining steel structures designed for the safe launching and reception of pipeline pigs in high-pressure pipeline systems. MPL – Multiple Pig Launcher
Pig launchers can also be supplied as MPL (Multiple Pig Launcher), where multiple pigs can be stored in the same pressure vessel. The MPL solution enables sequential launching of pigs one by one without opening the lock or depressurising, by means of separate kicker lines. This provides increased operational efficiency, reduced downtime, and improved safety during pigging operations.
