The work was started in the workshop before Christmas last year. It's a skid with pipe coils, pressure tanks, and valves. It will be used for cleaning seawater, says project manager Kurt Ivar Ramsli.
The dimensions of the ski are 2560 by 2100 by 3500 millimetres, and it weighs 3700 kilograms.
The installation was completed this summer and was then transported westwards. It is currently located in Peterhead, a town north of Aberdeen. However, the final destination is a platform on the Seagull field.
Halvorsen's customer is Veolia. However, the end customer is BP in the UK.
